Our Company History
Our Company History
Specialising in solar installations, WALVERD SOLAR SOLUTIONS LTD started operations in 2015, having been registered in Nigeria since 2011. Soon, we began distributing Dangote cement and concrete blocks. Our business then expanded with a distribution deal with Indomie Noodles in 2016. Recently, we started the Walverd Water, a NAFDAC-registered product.

About the Owner
WALVERD SOLAR SOLUTIONS LTD in Lagos, Nigeria is a family-run company with Olawale Balogun as CEO and his wife as the managing director. Their three children are the directors of the company.
Olawale was born in Lagos, Nigeria where he finished his secondary education. Afterwards, he studied in Italy and finished in Industrial Electronics. He worked as a technician for 13 years before relocating to England, where he acquired a city and guild certificate on
solar installation.
